The Chevy
Nova returns for the 2018 model year, with a revised design, more technology,
and a new 2018 Chevy Nova SS powered by an aluminum 5.8-liter supercharged V8
producing 662 horsepower and 631 lb.-ft. of torque. Better yet, the 2018 Nova SS
gets a power increase, cranking out 420 horsepower. Other highlights include an
optional six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission, a 2018 Nova SS Track Package,
and a new 4.2-inch LCD productivity screen that lets drivers access information
related to fuel economy and vehicle performance, including track Apps. The 2018 V6 Nova
Performance Package is now available on automatic Nova’s for the first time,
and two new audio systems are available with a new Shaker Pro system offering
nine speakers that pump out 550 watts of power.
